SIER offers two types of training:

1. For your engineering teams, generally after a major technological change in your network, so that they have all the elements they need to master and operate it.
   
2. For your technical teams, so that they can more effectively support level 2 and 3 support teams by mastering the basics of computer networks.

Teaching a technology requires an advanced grasp of it. Just as we can’t implement every technology, we can’t train your engineers in every existing technology.

As far as training technicians is concerned, the basics of computer networking are the same whatever the technology, so we can certainly offer you training that meets your needs.
